Dharmachakra Mudra is the "wheel of teaching" or spiritual path. It is also called the preaching gesture. The left palm faces the chest, the right palm faces outward. The thumb and index finger of both hands touch and form a circle. The remaining fingers are extended, with the middle finger of the left hand touching the right thumb tip. This gesture symbolizes one of the most important moments in the life of Buddha, when he taught his disciples the 4 noble truths and the eightfold path.
